Leadership Laboratory
When you join Rho Sigma, you’ll work with a diverse group of people to build consensus, manage conflict, and communicate effectively. Your time as an undergrad in Rho Sigma is an opportunity to develop character and gain the skills you need to be a leader in all aspects of your life. As a Red Shirt, you’ll forge lifelong bonds with like-minded brothers. These men will shape you, and you them, and push you to become the best version of yourself. Through good times and bad, they are your second family.
